The manuscript develops methods for estimating (generalizing or transporting) the performance of a prediction model in a target population that differs from the setting that was used for original model development and/or evaluation in the presence of right-censoring. The methods can be applied when outcome information is not available in the target population. The methods are evaluated using simulations and by applying them to a prediction model for developing lung cancer.
