Zorzetto obtained her Ph.D. degree in statistics from the University of Padova (Italy) and attended the Department of Biostatistics at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health for almost two years as a visiting scholar with Francesca Dominici. She got a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in statistics from the University of Padova. Most recently she was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Brown University Data Science Institute, working closely with Roberta DeVito.
Her research is primarily in the area of methodological statistics, with a particular interest in Bayesian nonparametric, causal inference, and factor models with an interest in real-world data applications such as environmental epidemiology and public health. She will be working with Arman Oganisian, Ph.D., Thomas J. and Alice M. Tisch Assistant Professor of Biostatistics.
