Professor Alyssa Bilinski has found that systematically including pregnant participants in trials would speed up the detection of adverse effects and increase uptake of beneficial medications.

Peter J. Lipman, Ph.D., has joined the School of Public Health as an associate professor of the practice of Biostatistics.

Brown University's School of Public Health Department of Biostatistics is pleased to welcome our newest faculty members, Beverly Gonzales, Ph.D., and Ishaan Dave, Ph.D., as Adjunct Assistant Professors of Biostatistics for our online master’s degree in biostatistics.

Biostatistics faculty, students, postdocs and alumni attended and presented at the 2025 annual Eastern North American Region (ENAR) meeting. The meeting was held from March 23-26, 2025 in New Orleans, LA. The meeting theme this year was “ENAR is Interdisciplinary.”
